CALL FOR PIECES
We are currently looking for scores by composers:
music for flute, oboe ,clarinet, horn,bassoon, trombone,
piano, tape and/or electronics.
Music for full ensemble, or any combination of the above.
We are also looking for soloists, wind/brass ensembles/choirs - who may wish to present a short showcase of music by contempary composers

CALL FOR FILMS
London New Wind Festival promotes music by contemporary composers. For this part of the festival we join 'Women in Music' and specifically promote music by women composers. This year we have decided to have a mixed media event in a central London venue in early November exact time/date/venue TBC. We are looking for short silent films on any theme to which we will either compose or improvise the music. All performers are professional musicians.
Films must not be longer than 12 minutes. Please submit on DVD and send a short synopsis and any background information we might need. Deadline is August 1st and your permission is sought to forward these films to participating musicians if needed.
